<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low loss dust core having excellent DC superposition characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the dust core produced by molding pulverized powder of an Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon, the bcc-Fe phase is precipitated by heat treatment, and when the (110) peak intensity of the bcc-Fe crystal near the 2θ=45° is Ic, and the peak intensity of main halo of amorphous phase is Ia, the intensity ratio Ic/Ia falls in a range of 1.1≤Ic/Ia≤3.6.
