摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device driving circuit with higher power transmission efficiency in a smaller size. <P>SOLUTION: A switching device driving circuit according to an embodiment comprises: a switching device forming a power conversion apparatus; arithmetic control means for generating a gate signal for turning on/off the switching device; oscillation means for generating an alternating-current signal of a predetermined frequency for modulating the gate signal; modulation means for modulating the gate signal by varying an amplitude of the alternating-current signal in a predetermined period of time of each of a rise time and a fall time of the generated gate signal; demodulation means for demodulating the gate signal modulated by the modulation means and supplying the gate of the switching device with the demodulated gate signal; and a transformer mounted on a printed board after the gate signal modulated by the modulation means is transmitted to the demodulation means while insulation between the arithmetic control means and the switching device is secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
