<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew formation on fin surfaces in a ventilation flue, in a heat exchanger including a plurality of flat tubes and a plurality of fins. <P>SOLUTION: Fins (36) of the heat exchanger (30) are provided with a plurality of intermediate plate sections (70) vertically arranged to define the ventilation flue (40) in a space between adjacent flat tubes (33), a plurality of tube inserting sections (46) respectively formed between the intermediate plate sections (70) vertically adjacent to each other and opened at a windward side to insert the flat tube (33) thereto, a leeward plate section (75) vertically extended to be connected with leeward ends of the plurality of intermediate plate sections (70) vertically arranged, and a plurality of windward plate sections (77) respectively projecting from the windward ends of the intermediate plate sections (70) toward the windward side with respect to the flat tubes (33).
