HEAT DISSIPATION PLATE FOR SECONDARY BATTERY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND SECONDARY BATTERY MODULE WITH HEAT DISSIPATION PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation plate having a simple structure and a high cooling efficiency.

SOLUTION: The heat dissipation plate 1 has a contour of rectangular plate, and is provided internally with a plurality of hollow portions 11, and a protrusion 12 in the shape of a triangular plate. The hollow portions 11 are used as passages through which air is distributed as a cooling medium. The protrusion 12 is formed by pressing the heat dissipation plate 1 from the upper surface thereof by means of a triangular cutter, cutting the two sides, and then folding and raising the plate toward the passage 11 around one remaining side. The protrusion 12 is inclined in the direction of air distribution, and raised so that the height of the protrusion 12 is equal to about one half that of the passage. Consequently, the high temperature air near the inner wall of the passage and the low temperature air near the center of the passage are mixed. The air temperature is thereby made uniform and drops below the temperature near the inner wall of the passage.
