<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which suppresses clogging of a filter body caused by foreign matters that adhere to a filtration surface of the filter body, and can maintain the filtration performance effectively even if a filter treatment is performed continuously. <P>SOLUTION: The filter device 1 includes: a casing 2 that is provided with an inlet 42 for introducing a liquid to be treated and an outlet 52 for discharging the treated liquid obtained by filtering the liquid to be treated; the filter body 3 installed in the casing 2 to divide the inside of casing 2 into a first chamber where the inlet 42 is located and a second chamber where the outlet 52 is located; and a vibrating mechanism that gushes a gas to the filter body 3 to vibrate the filter body 3 thereby. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
