<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive sheet which can be obtained in a desired thickness, has high heat conductivity in the thickness direction, and is excellent in mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: A heat conductive sheet 11 transfers heat by making close contact with a heat generating component. The heat conductive sheet 11 is obtained by mixing graphite powder 13 and thermoplastic resin 12, and then forming the mixture into a sheet shape. The graphite powder 13 has a three-dimensional shape which is distorted in the thickness direction, and the conductive sheet 11 contains bubbles.
