<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that reduces mold cost of insulating covers, and a bus bar module. <P>SOLUTION: Each of two insulating covers 11 is provided so as to cover both first housing portions 10a and second housing portions 10b.
