摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for an electric vehicle and a method for calculating a capacitor capacitance of the power supply device for the electric vehicle, capable of calculating the capacitor capacitance without adding articles newly. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device for the electric vehicle is provided with a contactor 2, a filter capacitor 9, an initial charging circuit 3 having a charge resistor 3a, a first voltage detector 10, a second voltage detector 11, and a controller 20.
