<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive fine particles having a very small number average particle size, which achieve a low resistance value when used in electrical connections. <P>SOLUTION: Each of conductive fine particles of the present invention includes: a base material comprising a resin particle; and at least one conductive metal layer formed on a surface of the base material. A number average particle size of the conductive fine particles themselves is 1.1-2.8 μm.
