The X-ray CT scanning device according to the present invention, comprises: an X-ray radiating unit for radiating X-rays on a patient that requires imaging; an X-ray detecting unit located to face the X-ray radiating unit for detecting X-ray radiation from the X-ray radiating unit; and a rotating base unit for rotating the X-ray detecting unit and the X-ray radiating unit around the centralized patient. The X-ray CT scanning device according to the present invention, as described above, uses a cone beam to apply a low dose X-ray which minimizes the X-ray dose to the patient, yet images of superior quality can be obtained, and radiation is applied only to desired portions of the body such that the exposure levels (amount of radioactivity to the body) is minimized and recording time is also reduced. In addition, rotation of the X-ray detecting unit and the X-ray radiating unit around the centralized subject allows easy imaging of both two-dimensional images and three-dimensional images, panorama imaging is also possible, and imaging is generally made more easy. |
