The compressor (1) has a cylinder (25), and a piston (13) arranged in the cylinder. A hollow space is formed in an inner side of the piston. The cylinder and the piston are connected with one another by a spring element (39), where the spring element has a tube spring (40) that partially encloses the arrangement of cylinder and the piston. The tube spring is made from metal, and the spring element has another tube spring, where the tube springs are arranged concentric to each other. Sides of the spring element are connected with the cylinder and the piston in a fixed manner.
