摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods analyzable of polymorphic nucleic acid sequences in a manner suitable for automation.

SOLUTION: Nucleic acid sequences that are useful as amplification primers and hybridization probes for amplifying and detecting target sequence from β2 adrenergic receptor gene are provided. The primers and probes can be employed in amplification-based methods for detecting the presence of the target sequence in a test sample.
