<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display device having a light control element arranged obliquely to eliminate moire and improve image processing efficiency, and a display method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional image display device includes: a display part including pixels arranged in matrix along a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; and a light control element arranged to face the display part, extending substantially straight in the second direction and having many optical openings arranged in the fist direction. The pixel is divided into M (M is an integer of 1 or grater) sub pixels having M color components arranged in the first direction. When a period in the first direction of the optical opening is P, a period in the second direction of the optical opening is Q, a period in the first direction of the pixel is A, and a period in the second direction of the pixel is B, Q/B results in an integer N, M×P/A results in a non-integer, and (Q/B)/(P/A) results in a non-integer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
