<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormality of a load cell for detecting a movable load in a car of an elevator. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator includes: the load cell outputting a signal corresponding to a load applied to a rope hitch part; a load compensation part reflecting a load compensation value corresponding to a position of the car on an output value of the signal of the load cell; a storage part storing a predetermined regular output range of the output value of the signal of the load cell for each stopping floor when the movable load in the car is within a predetermined range; and an operation control unit inhibiting the car from traveling when the output value of the signal of the load cell reflecting the load compensation value is not within the regular output range corresponding to the stopping floor of the car when the car is positioned at any floor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
