<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary head in which an electronic circuit component is mounted, including a plurality of sucking nozzles, and to provide an electronic circuit component mounter equipped with the rotary head. <P>SOLUTION: Rotors 202 and 204 are stacked on the same axis, each rotatable around the common rotational axial line, and have eight nozzle holding shafts 206 and 207 respectively. The rotors 202 and 204 hold four sets of the nozzle holding shafts 206 and 207 in each of which four nozzle holding shafts 206 and 207, inner two shafts and outer two shafts, are so held as to be aligned on a straight line D at regular intervals d while distances L from a center line O of the straight line D is equal to each other, and each of which does not share the nozzle holding shafts 206 and 207. The four nozzle holding shafts 206 and 207 constituting the set are lifted up and down at the same time by individual lifts, for receiving four electronic circuit components from a feeder at the same time. With the nozzle holding shafts 206 and 207 including one inner shaft and one outer shaft as a set, the rotors 202 and 204 are rotated relatively to each other for adjusting an inter-shaft distance according to the pitch of component housing recesses of two feeders, so as to receive two electronic circuit components at the same time with less displacement from the sucking nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
