<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input system capable of properly detecting both input by an electronic pen and input by a touch panel and using them for different purposes, and to provide an electronic pen used for the input system, a computer and a program. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic pen is used with a computer including a display in which a coded pattern layer formed with a coded pattern readable with the electronic pen is placed on a touch panel and capable of input by the touch panel and input by the electronic pen. The electronic pen includes restriction signal processing means for transmitting, to a computer, a signal for restricting a function for input by the touch panel.
