PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric insulation resin sheet having excellent tear resistance and heat resistance.

SOLUTION: The electric insulation resin sheet includes an electric insulation resin layer containing a polysulfone resin having a plurality of sulfonyl groups in a molecule, and a thermoplastic resin other than the polysulfone resin. The electric insulation resin layer has a dispersed phase where a thermoplastic resin other than the polysulfone resin is dispersed into the polysulfone resin. Within the range of 294 μm2area of a cut surface of the electric insulation resin layer in the thickness direction, the number of the dispersed phases having a shortest diameter of 0.5 μm or more is 10 or less.
