<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of reducing the influence of surrounding vibrations or sound, and measuring vibrations by non-contacting; and a vibration isolator used for the same. <P>SOLUTION: Jacks 9 are provided on a truck 7. The jacks 9 are provided at four corners of a measuring device 1, and suitably adjusted to horizontally adjust vibration isolators 10. The vibration isolators 10 which are horizontally adjusted by the jacks 9 are provided in at least four corners of a surface plate 13. The vibration isolators 10 prevent vibrations from a lower part from transmitting to an upper part. The surface plate 13 is so-called an optical surface plate, and supported by the vibration isolators 10. On the surface plate 13, a measuring part 15 is provided. The measuring part 15 can transmit (vibrate), for example a laser beam, ultrasonic waves, electromagnetic waves and the like on a surface of a structure 3 to be a test object; accept (receive) the reflected laser beam, ultrasonic waves, electromagnetic waves and the like; and detect the defects of an inspection object portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
