<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and a program capable of executing automatic photography under the condition desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: In an imaging apparatus and a program, an automatic shutter condition table 121 includes: an area for recording a sensitivity level for each of automatic shutter modes; an area for using a flag to record and manage a threshold value to be selected from various threshold values S depending on the sensitivity level; and an area for recording a level-setting flag for each sensitivity level of the various shutter modes. For each automatic shutter mode, a level-setting flag is recorded for the area corresponding to the sensitivity level specified by a user. Each threshold value S is recorded in a threshold value table 122.
