<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane pump that can reduce noise. <P>SOLUTION: The pump includes: suction side back pressure ports 45, 53 in which suction side pressure (sucking pressure Pi) is introduced and communicating a base end of a slit 61 housing a plurality of vanes 7 located in a suction area; and a suction side back pressure port pressure enhancing means (communicating passage 403 and the like, 422 and the like, grooves 11, 13) which increases the pressure of the suction side back pressure ports 45, 53, in a range lower than a discharge side pressure (discharging pressure Pd) and to be higher than the suction side pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
