<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luciferase light emitting method for multicolor light emission simultaneous measurements in which Kinetics is improved and mutual emission intensity is controlled in luciferin/luciferase emission reaction having a feature in emission color. <P>SOLUTION: A luciferin/luciferase light emitting method includes: in emission reaction by at least two kinds of luciferase selected from a group of green light-emitting luciferase, orange light-emitting luciferase and red light-emitting luciferase, causing luciferase to react with luciferin, thereby emitting light with variation in emission intensity of 10% or less in 90 sec. within an emission measurement period.
