<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual television tuner operatively connected in areas where television signals are weak, for a portable apparatus for enabling reproduction of television. <P>SOLUTION: A dual television tuner has a television tuner module and a wireless local area network module both operatively connected to an antenna for receiving a television signal from the antenna, and for passing the television signal for playing on a host to which the dual television tuner can be operatively connected. It is determined which of the two has the better television signal; following the determination, one of the wireless local area network module and the television tuner module which has the better television signal is kept activated, and the other is deactivated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
