According to a scope removable medical image diagnosis device according to the present invention, a transparent pipe (11) is installed at the front of a main body (10') of a scope (10); a mounting protrusion (12) is formed at the rear of the main body (10'); a leg (13) having a locking groove (13a) is formed at the bottom of the main body (10'); a scope mounting part (110) having a mounting groove (111) is formed to allow the mounting protrusion (12) to be detachable from the upper top side of a housing (100') of an image transmitter (100); and a scope supporting part (120) supporting the leg (13) is formed at the middle of the housing (100'). Therefore, according to the present invention, a structure is provided in which various kinds of the scope (10) having different sizes of the transparent pipe (11) are selected, which is detachable from the image transmitter (100).
