摘要 <p>The invention relates to a synchronization and phase shift control system in a tandem laser-WIG joining process intended to be applied in certain basic metal materials, consisting in the use of WIG welding pulses in a frequency range of 0...600 Hz, so that, each WIG welding current pulse generates a laser welding pulse, either synchronized thereto, or according to an adjustable phase shift. According to the invention, the system comprises a shunt (1) for measuring the welding current given by a WIG welding head (2) supplied from a pulsed WIG welding source (3) of a nominal current of 150...250 A and nominal pulse frequency of 0...300 Hz, the laser being controlled from a PC (6) where the operating parameters are preset, all the above mentioned elements belonging to a combined laser-WIG equipment, the current signal taken over from the shunt (1) being amplified in a stage with the operational integrated circuit (7), after which the so amplified pulses being applied at the input of a Schmitt trigger of the integrated circuit for bringing the pulses to the standard rectangular form, the pulses being then supplied to the input of a delay integrated circuit where there takes place the phase-shifting of the signal which is introduced through one of the two inlets of an AND-1 gate whose output signal is further introduced through one of the two inlets of an AND-2 gate of the integrated circuit, at the second inlet there being applied the signal from the external control for the generation of laser pulses, so that the two signals are mutually synchronized through the AND-2 function, the signal from the output of the AND-2 gate being subsequently supplied to the input of an inverting integrated circuit where there takes place the inverting of the signal logic with a power transducer, the collector thereof taking over the final pulses to control the generation of each laser pulse transmitted through the cable of interconnection with the real-time interface of the laser equipment (5).</p>
