Described is a vehicle with a discoidal shape and a method for operating the same. Said vehicle performs the operation of different types of transport means. The vehicle and operation method, and the devices included in said vehicle, generate multiple and different vortices by rotating the synchronization of multiple and different vortices. Both, method and vehicle are related to the solution of two problems of the millennium. The vehicle has the ability to be operated in the air, land, water and space. Said vehicle has, as a main characteristic, the ability of coproducing shock waves or sonic waves, also being displaced at different speeds which range from subsonic to hypersonic speeds. The vehicle along with the devices thereof are characterised in that they implement a method which allows to work with different and multiple vortices in such a manner that generates and controls the pressure of the fluids in two dimensions and three dimensions, the pressure of the radiation and parti cles, and also generates the electromagnetic field for inducing a shield or generating a momentum from solar winds.
