<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adverse effects due to skin current flowing through power supply cables as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A left power supply cable 13 and a right power supply cable 14 are respectively formed to be symmetrically with respect to an L-shape, and are arranged in a T-shape as a whole. A left element 10 is disposed at the front end of the left power supply cable 13, and a right element 11 is disposed at the front end of the right power supply cable 14 while being separated from the left element 10 by a distance L1. Vertical parts of the left power supply cable 13 and the right power supply cable 14 are arranged close to each other, and a left power supply point 15 and a right power supply point 16 are disposed at their respective base ends. A parasitic element 12 is arranged at a horizontal part, in which the left power supply cable 13 and the right power supply cable 14 are arranged on a substantially straight line, while being spaced from the horizontal part by a clearance D1.
