<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kick-down control device that enables favorable kick-down of an automatic transmission during EV-mode without causing large acceleration response delay. <P>SOLUTION: By increasing an accelerator position APO from t1, kick-down is started at t2, the kick-down limits a motor torque tTm which increases as Tmo along with the increase in accelerator position APO, while shifting from a release element (direct clutch D/C) to a tightening element (high and low reverse clutch H&LR/C). In an early stage of shift transmission from t2 to inertia phase start t3, the motor torque tTm is limited so as not to exceed a torque upper limit value Tlimit (=Tmo2-Tip) for inertia phase progress from the maximum motor torque Tmo2 that can be output at a motor rotation number Nmo2 of the inertia phase end time t4, thereby limiting the motor torque tTm during the inertia phase (t3-t4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
