<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with a conductive film which can suppress generation of moire even when installed on a display panel of a display device, with a simple configuration; and the conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive film 10 is a conductive film that is installed on a display panel of a display device and includes a transparent base body 12 and a conductive part 14 formed on one principal plane of the transparent base body 12.
