<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access management system which enables strict access history management without imposing excessive burden on users when log-on authentication is performed. <P>SOLUTION: An access management system is accessible by multiple users with different authority and manages log-on authentication and access authority of each user. The access management system comprises: user registration means which can register records including user names, passwords and access authority; access authority setting means for setting operational commands for access authority; and access restriction means which applies an inputted user name and password to the user registration means to determine wether or not the user name and password is authenticated, stores the name of authenticated user when the user name and password is authenticated, applies access authority corresponding to the stored name to the access authority setting means and does not permit commands other than those approved by the authenticated user. The access authority setting means sets operational commands so that there is no overlap in the operational commands of different access authority, and log-on authentication management means manages the maximum number of users which can be log-on authenticated for one access authority to be one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
