<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connection box capable of suppressing the interior from becoming high in local temperature, with a simple configuration, while suppressing increase in manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: In an electrical connection box 10, a circuit board 21 containing a through hole 22 is housed in a case 11, and a relay 40 containing a relay part 41 and a power terminal 42 protruding from the relay body part 41 is mounted on the circuit board 21. In the case 11, a heat conductive member 30 is provided which includes a heat absorbing part 31 provided along a surface on the circuit board 21 side of the relay body part 41 and a heat transfer part 32 extending from the heat absorbing part 31. The power terminal 42 is caused to penetrate a through hole 31A formed at the heat absorbing part 31 and a through hole 22 of the circuit board 21, to be soldered to the circuit board 21. Consequently, the heat absorbing part 31 is fixed in such condition as is sandwiched between the relay body part 41 and the circuit board 21. To the heat transfer part 32 of the heat conductive member 30, a heat radiation plate 15 which is partially exposed outside the case 11 is attached for heat transfer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
