PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine and high-throughput conductive element.

SOLUTION: The conductive element includes: a substrate having a first wave surface and a second wave surface; and a laminated film which is formed on the first wave surface and in which two or more layers are superposed. The laminated film forms a conductive pattern part. The first wave surface and the second wave surface satisfy the following relation: 0≤(Am1/λm1)<(Am2/λm2)≤1.8 (where Am1 is an average width of oscillation of the first wave surface, Am2 is an average width of oscillation of the second wave surface, and λm1 is an average wavelength of the first wave surface, and λm2 is the average wavelength of the second wave surface).
