<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner having excellent durable stability and low-temperature fixability in high speed printing without affecting long-term preservation stability. <P>SOLUTION: The toner comprises toner particles, each of which contains binder resin and a coloring agent. In a DSC curve measured by a differential scanning calorimeter, the toner has the glass-transition temperature which is 50.0°C or more and 70.0°C or less, has the maximum value in a temperature range of 110.0°C or more and 145.0°C or less, and also has the minimum value in a temperature range of 150.0°C or more and 200.0°C or less. The toner contains 20.0 mass% or more and 50.0 mass% or less of tetrahydrofuran (THF) insoluble matter derived from the binder resin. An extraction residual which is made through Soxhlet extraction using tetrahydrofuran (THF) for 16 hours has the maximum value in a temperature range 110.0°C or more and 150.0°C or less in the DSC curve measured by the differential scanning calorimeter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
