The present invention concerns a device (1; 51) for dispensing a fluid (L), comprising a supporting structure (2) provided with means (3) for coupling to a container (C) containing the fluid (L) and a collapsible chamber (6) associated with the supporting structure (2) and suited to draw and contain a measured quantity of the fluid (L). Said device comprises lever operating means (16) suited to deform the collapsible chamber (6) in order to dispense a portion of the measured quantity.
