Hydraulic binder comprising: at least one first calcium aluminosilicate derivative with a fineness of less than 6000 Blaine, slag microparticles with a fineness of greater than or equal to 6000 Blaine in an amount of between 1 and 35% of the total weight of the binder, preferably of between 5 and 15%, at least one source of calcium sulphate and at least one base in an amount of less than or equal to 1% of the total weight of the binder.
