摘要 PURPOSE: An in vitro angiogenesis device and an in vitro angiogenesis method using the same are provided to form various blood vessels having desired shapes using cells and three dimensional hydrogel. CONSTITUTION: An in vitro angiogenesis device(1) comprises a substrate(100), a plurality of microstructures(120) which is projected on top of the substrate, a space part(130) which provides a space in which the hydrogel for cell adhesion is charged, and a cell adhesion part having first and second cell adhesion surface at both ends. The space is formed leaving intervals which are corresponded to the diameter of the blood vessel between micro structures. The hydrogel is collagen gel, fibrin gel, matrix gel, self assembly peptide gel or polyethylene glycol gel. The device additionally includes micro fluidic channels for injecting the injection fluid. The injection fluid comprises hydrogel, a first cell for the angiogenesis, a second cell for co-cultivation, an angiogenic factor or a culture medium. The micro fluidic channel comprises a first micro fluid channel(111) for providing the injection fluid to the first cell adhesion surface and a second micro fluidic channel for providing injection fluid to the second cell adhesion surface.
