Disclosed in the present invention are a method, a system and related devices for realizing broadband playback in narrowband intelligent network service. The method comprises the following steps: if determining that there is a need to perform broadband playback to a narrowband network user during a calling procedure, the narrowband network converts a called number to a broadband playback access code and then accesses the call to the broadband network; and the broadband network performs the playback to the narrowband network user according to the broadband playback access code after accessing the call. The present invention utilizes the existing devices in the broadband network to realize the playback in the narrowband service, which not only satisfies the requirements of an operator for improving the transmission quality using the broadband IP playback, but also reduces the investment cost of the operator.
