A frequency modulation (FM) antenna realization device and a mobile terminal are disclosed. The device includes: a component spread with conducting paint, and a matching circuit, wherein the conducting paint part on the component is electrically connected with the matching circuit and the conducting paint part on the component spread with the conducting paint is used as an FM antenna to receive the FM signals; the matching circuit is set to filter the FM signals received by the conducting paint part on the component spread with the conducting paint, and export the filtered FM signals.
