PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privilege offering system, a privilege offering method, and a program being introducible at a low cost.

SOLUTION: In response to receiving an order of two-dimensional code seals with logos from a participant company terminal, a control section of an operating company server generates a two-dimensional code with a logo formed by superposing the two-dimensional code representing a unique URL on a logo by which the number of acquired points is visible, and prints it into sheet-like seals. The two-dimensional code seals with logos printed in such a manner are delivered to the ordering participant company and attached to the articles of participant company according to the price.
