SOLUTION: Supplied is a safety basis functioning across financial management and right management or the like. An electronic trade participant is able to form and reuse those services. A distributed trade utility provides a management and support service. The distributed trade utility can be practically subjected to scaling so as to be adapted to the demand of electronic trade growth. The distributed trade utility may include a plurality of trade utility systems. Different support functions match various business models and/or other purposes. Modular support functions are combined in different arrays so that different trade utility systems can be formed for the achievement of different designs and purposes.
