摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the torque of an electric motor and electric generator to control the fluctuation of the drive torque of the vehicle, while controlling constant the dc voltage used to drive of the electric motor and electric generator in batteryless traveling of a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: HVECU 70 calculates, in batteryless traveling for turning off SMR 55, the power control torque that is the output torque of MG1 and MG2 to control the voltage VH of a power line 54 to a voltage command value. In addition, HVECU 70 calculates the difference of the torque range that can be output to a drive shaft 32a between when MG1 and MG2 output the power control torque and when do not output, and further sets the range of the upper and lower limits of the drive torque reflecting the value that restricts the variation to the time axis of a difference.
