<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breath control device and method that control, without requiring any special external environment, breathing of a user to make him/her relaxed. <P>SOLUTION: The breath control device synchronizes the heartbeats and breathing in and out of a living body at a predetermined rate.
