<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller, a control method, and a program, capable of properly determining execution of an operation to shift the controller to a state in which an operation surface is immobilized face down against a stationary surface. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are: a first sensor 21 which detects acceleration acted on a commander 20; a second sensor 22 which detects light irradiating an operation surface 20a of the commander 20; an operation determination part 23 which determines an execution of a first operation M in which, based on detection results of the first and second sensors 21 and 22, the operation surface 20a is immobilized face down and the commander 20 is shifted to a state in which light less than a first threshold irradiates the operation surface 20a, and the state is maintained over a predetermined time; and a command transmission part 16 which transmits a predetermined control command C to a television 10 when an execution of the first operation M is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
