<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel module including a conductive mounted part having two flexible substrates which are each provided with an electrode and are connected by an ACF, and to improve the strength of the conductive mounted part. <P>SOLUTION: In an information display panel module 10A having two flexible substrates 2 and display means in between, one of the flexible substrates 2 and a connection flexible substrate 20 serving to gain electric connection to an external unit are connected together by an anisotropic conductive bonding material. In the information display module 10A, respective electrode exposing parts of first and second electrode terminal parts and a side part of the anisotropic conductive bonding material are coated as well as a side edge of the part of the connection flexible substrate which is bonded to the first flexible substrate is coated.
