<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller for a fixing device in which a sudden strength reduction dose not occur due to the foam-breakage destruction accumulation of a foam material layer, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a roller for a fixing device, a foam material layer with continuous foam, a solid elastic layer, an adhesive layer, and a release layer are laminated in this order on a core bar, and the solid elastic layer is provided with a through-hole extending from the adhesive layer side to the foam material layer side and the through-hole is filled with an adhesive constituting the adhesive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
