<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for macromolecular materials that allows the filler dispersion state in a macromolecular material to be quickly and quantitatively evaluated. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an evaluation method for macromolecular materials including a macromolecular compound and a filler, in which at least a top surface of the macromolecular material is flat. After a macromolecular material 1 is cut with a focusing ion beam (FIB) 10 in a direction whose angle α to the surface of the macromolecular material is between 1 and 60°, a smooth face 1A of the macromolecular material formed by the cutting is photographed in a direction normal to the smooth face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
