摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purification system which can easily be made compact and effectively increases dissolved oxygen in a water system. <P>SOLUTION: In the water purification system 10, a rotating body 1 is used, which has a substantially circular cross-section in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis, a substantially circular center that is aligned with the rotation axis, and a substantially circular radius that increases along the axis from one side to the other side. One end of the rotating body is immersed in water. The rotating body 1 is rotated to generate a liquid film flow 2 rising along the outer surface of the body 1. The rising liquid film flow 2 is scattered at the other end of the rotating body 1 as water drops and/or mist 3.
