<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat lifting device that assists a person having weakened lower leg muscles to stand up or sit thereon without losing a balance. <P>SOLUTION: When assisting a user H to stand up, the toilet seat lifting device lifts up a toilet seat ST upward in a vertical direction so that the height of a knee Hb of the user H shifts from the height where the user sits on the toilet seat ST on a use position (D) to the height (A) in a standing position of the user, and moves the toilet seat ST to a leaving seat position (B) while turning forward so that a position of the knee Hb of the user H dose not move. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
