INSTRUMENT FOR ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY, SENSOR AND METHOD OF ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for electroencephalography (EEG) which prevents saline solution from dripping when in use and prevents headache even in long-term use, and to provide a sensor which can be applied to the instrument for EEG and a method of EEG by using the instrument for EEG.

SOLUTION: An EEG helmet 100 includes electrodes 122a with curdlan gel 122b including electrolyte fixed on the surface thereof. A sensor 122 has the electrode 122a with the curdlan gel 122b including the electrolyte fixed on the surface thereof. The EEG method includes a process of putting the EEG helmet 100 on the head so as to bring the curdlan gel 122b into contact with the scalp.
