<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording apparatus capable of being easily controlled even in the case where a plurality of inferior nozzles are present and enabling certain lithography, and the lithographic method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic method of the ink jet recording apparatus is equipped with an inferior information acquiring process for acquiring the detection information of the inferior nozzle, a data allotting process for allotting the main scanning discharge data of a nozzle row where the acquired inferior nozzle is present to another one nozzle row, a line length altering process for setting the nozzle row where the acquired inferior nozzle is present as an unused nozzle row to alter the line length of a lithographic line and a data altering process for altering sub-scanning line-feed data on the basis of the line length setting and alteration of the lithographic line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
