<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost cut-lettuce package including cut lettuce, retaining freshness without discoloring cut lettuce, which has been conventionally difficult, easy and free from taking time, and using no chemical, and to provide a method for packaging cut lettuce. <P>SOLUTION: A packaging bag for retaining freshness of cut lettuce is obtained by using a polymeric film of 20-70 μm thickness and the packaging bag for retaining freshness having an oxygen transmission speed P of 0.2-150 cc/100g/day/atm per 100g cut lettuce at 23°C, and formula: 0.45≤V/W≤1.1 is satisfied, when the amount of cut lettuce to be packaged is W (g), and the amount of oxygen in the package when sealing is V (ml). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
